If you are interested in a more personalised approach and going deeper with your practice then a private individual session will be for you.

At Balance2Bliss, we use an integrated approach to bring balance and peace through the ancient practice of yoga. As yoga therapists, we tailor each session to meet the unique needs of our clients, incorporating specific sets of stretches, poses, breathing practices, and meditation techniques.

For example, if someone is experiencing depression, the session will emphasize dynamic yoga practices rather than meditation. Conversely, for someone recovering from cancer, the focus will be on meditation techniques like the Mind Sound Resonance Technique (MSRT) rather than dynamic yoga. Additionally, we provide guidance on healthy diet and lifestyle modifications during the sessions.

Before planning personalized sessions, we will take a detailed history, including your current medical condition and symptoms, to understand your needs and goals. Based on this information, we will set a monthly schedule and closely monitor progress towards your goals. Throughout this process, we will maintain open communication and adjust the plan as needed. You will receive continuous support and encouragement for your self-practices.

  • Yoga Therapy Sessions will be scheduled as per your convenience.
  • Each class will be for 50 – 60 minutes.
  • The class will begin with the yoga therapist understanding the problems and issues faced by the student, along with health parameters.
