We incorporate a mix of styles like hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, rhythmic yoga, and gentle yoga into the yoga session.

Online Sessions

The classes are conducted online so that you can attend them from the comfort of your home. All you need is a yoga mat, and an open heart & mind. The batch size is limited to allow a more engaged session.

In-person Sessions

In-person group sessions are also arranged on demand. Each session will be 60 mins and will combine several elements such as stretching, asanas, pranayama, meditation, and more. This can give you a more holistic experience to make you feel calm, relaxed, and rejuvenated after every session.
