Our Approach
We offer a Panchkosha approach to achieve and maintain optimal health. Our sessions, workshops and programs are based on the Panchkosha (5 kosha/Sheath) model. It is based on the ancient script Taittiriya Upanishad.
- The Annamaya Kosha or the Physical Body
- The Pranamaya Kosha or the Energy Body
- The Manomaya Kosha or the Mental Body
- The Vijnanamaya Kosha or the Wisdom Body
- The Anandmaya Kosha or the Bliss Body
The Five Koshas – Pancha Kosha
Let’s understand this with an example of how all these Kosha’s are intertwined. When the body experiences any sort of pain (e.g., back pain/knee pain), it restricts your physical movement (Annamaya Kosha) and causes your breath to be shallow (Pranamaya Kosha). Furthermore, you may get stressed (Manomanya Kosha), feel helpless, (Vignamaya Kosha) and even fall out of your current state of bliss (Ananadamaya Kosha). At Balance2Bliss we work on these Panchkoshas to achieve a holistic approach for your well-being.
Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental well-being, we are here to help you.
