Nidhi is trained in hatha yoga from The Yoga Institute, India, and is an internationally certified yoga therapist (500 hours) from Union Yoga Ayurveda, Singapore.
Nidhi is accredited with RYT 500, ERYT 200, and YACEP with the Yoga Alliance, USA.
