Nidhi Kagrana is an environmental engineer turned revered yoga therapist and instructor based in Singapore. Trained in classical Hatha Yoga from The Yoga Institute, India, and a certified yoga therapist (500 hours) from Union Yoga Ayurveda, Singapore, she brings a grounded, integrative approach to wellness.
With a deep focus on women’s health, hormonal balance, and holistic well-being, Nidhi has spent years guiding women through life’s most transformative phases— especially perimenopause and menopause.
